About the Role

Our products are manufactured by multiple factories in China and fulfilled by our China-based partner, plus a growing Amazon FBA business. You own those relationships day to day. Your most important job: stay on top of everything, every day, and catch problems early. Our fulfillment partner needs constant pushing.

You'll do: Run the daily sync with our fulfillment partner: production capacity, QC results, quality issues, and the joint action plan, item by item, until closed with evidence. Double-check stock vs. open orders and shipping delays yourself and pull the reports to verify. Coordinate factory and warehouse inspections, insist on randomized sampling, push back on bad results. Verify factory quotes, weights, and cost calculations (we regularly catch miscalculations). Build supplier scorecards, source new factories, negotiate pricing, capacity, and penalty terms, and keep compliance and material traceability documentation complete. Organize bulk shipments China to US and to Amazon FBA (FNSKU labels, packaging, freight quotes). Plan inventory so bestsellers never run out, especially before Q4.

You:

Excellent English, patient and clear with Chinese partners daily
Detail-obsessed and skeptical, you verify numbers yourself
Strong with spreadsheets, persistent with follow-ups
China manufacturing, freight, or FBA experience is a strong plus; a sharp, relentless person can learn our setup fast

Offer: Full-time remote, long-term, direct line to the founders. $1,500 to $2,500/month plus bonus. Must overlap China business hours (PH mornings are perfect).

To apply: Start with the words ON TOP. Briefly describe your supplier, logistics, or inventory experience (or why you'd excel without it) and your salary expectation.
