Full-Stack Developer with Strong AI Skills

We are looking for a senior developer to help build and improve three software products.
Most of your time will be spent on a solar workflow platform. You will also contribute to two Flutter mobile apps.
A key first responsibility will be completing two existing projects: an automated DNSP application workflow and a single line diagram creator. Both have working foundations, but need an experienced developer to finish them and prepare them for regular production use.
This is not a junior role. You need to be comfortable understanding an existing codebase, making technical decisions and taking work through to completion.
What you will do
Build and maintain full-stack web applications.
Complete existing browser automation and document-generation projects.
Develop features for Flutter mobile apps.
Integrate external APIs and services.
Diagnose and fix production issues.
Write tests for important workflows.
Review existing code before replacing or rebuilding it.
Work directly with the founder to turn business requirements into working software.
Keep technical documentation current.
Technical skills
You should have strong experience with:
TypeScript
React
Node.js and Express
PostgreSQL and Supabase
REST APIs, webhooks and OAuth
Playwright or similar browser automation tools
Git, automated testing and production debugging
Cloud deployment and secret management
You must also be able to work with:
Flutter and Dart
Firebase and Firestore
Next.js
SVG and PDF generation
Experience with workflow automation, SaaS products, technical diagrams or solar software will be useful, but solar knowledge is not required.
AI skills
Using AI well is a core requirement for this role.
You should be able to:
Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to understand and develop an existing codebase.
Give AI tools clear context, constraints and acceptance criteria.
Use AI to help plan, build, debug, test and document software.
Review AI-generated code and take responsibility for the result.
Identify incorrect assumptions, security problems and incomplete solutions.
Build features using Anthropic or OpenAI APIs.
Work with structured AI outputs, documents and images.
Test AI features against clear examples instead of relying on a quick demonstration.
We are looking for someone who uses AI to improve their output while still applying strong software engineering judgment.
