Operations Manager & Business Integrator (Scale Our Operations & Share in the Profits!)

Salary: $1,000 – $2,500 USD / month + Direct Profit Share

Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

What You’ll Own
Master Scheduling: Analyze project scopes to build fluid, high-efficiency master schedules that keep field production running on time.

Profit & Margin Guard: Track daily labor hours, material spend, and job costs against initial estimates to eliminate waste and protect profitability in real-time.

Team Accountability: Lead operational standups, set clear daily targets for team leaders, and keep everyone aligned on execution metrics.

System & SOP Design: Proactively build, refine, and document scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prepare the business for multi-state expansion.

Client Experience Management: Oversee critical client milestones and closeouts to guarantee consistent 5-star service delivery.

Proven Operations Leader: Demonstrated track record of optimizing workflows and hitting operational KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Financial & Data Sharp: Sharp eye for margins, labor efficiency, and identifying hidden operational costs.

Flawless Communicator: Near-native spoken and written English skills with executive-level presence.

Ruthless Prioritizer: Excellent judgment under pressure—you know exactly what to solve first when multiple demands land at once.
