Senior UX/UI Designer — Sports Stats Subscription App (Figma, Mobile-First)
Confidential employer
We're an Australian sports-insights subscription product launching in September. The product works: a prediction engine publishing daily picks across US/AU sports leagues, with working interactive pages already built (home, player cards, picks hub, results). We need a senior designer to turn these working pages into one seamless, premium journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end user experience: login ? home ? sports ? team info ? player cards ? our models hub ? simulator ? results page
- Design and fine-tune the NAVIGATION — the structure and flow between screens is the core of this role, not just visuals
- Apple-calibre aesthetic: sharp, clean, spacious, dark theme with a single accent colour
- Build a design system in Figma that our developer builds from directly
- Design states, not just screens: pending, won, lost, empty, loading
YOU MUST HAVE
- Designed the navigation/end-to-end experience of a SHIPPED consumer product (subscription, sports, fintech, trading or stats-heavy preferred) — you will walk us through one on a call
- A portfolio showing information architecture and user flows, not only visuals
- Strong Figma: components, auto-layout, prototyped transitions
- Mobile-first instincts, strong written English, overlap with Australian (AEST) hours
PROCESS: portfolio review ? short call ? short trial task (1–3 hours) ? decision within the week.
TO APPLY: send (1) your portfolio link and (2) 3–5 sentences describing ONE product where you personally designed the navigation system — what the problem was and what you changed. Applications without both will not be reviewed. Start your reply with the word FLUORO so we know you read this.
