SENIOR FACEBOOK ADS SPECIALIST – HIGH BUDGET

Growthvirex is looking for an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Specialist who knows how to manage and scale high-budget Meta Ads campaigns while maintaining strong performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize high-budget Facebook /Meta Ads campaigns.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Develop and test audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and bidding strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor budgets, conversions, and key performance metrics.
Work with the marketing/creative team to continuously improve campaign results.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on Facebook /Meta Ads experience.
Proven experience managing high monthly advertising budgets ($10K+ preferred).
Strong understanding of campaign scaling and performance optimization.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, conversion tracking, retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage campaigns independently.
Experience with the US market is a strong advantage.
