Video Editor (Short-Form Content) - Remote

We're looking for a video editor who understands one thing: watchtime is everything. If you know how to hook viewers in the first second and keep them watching until the end, this is for you.

You'll be editing short-form videos (10 to 30 seconds, Reels/TikTok style) for our creators. Simple cuts, fast pacing, sound design that lands. No fancy VFX, no bloated timelines. Just clean, high-retention edits, day after day.

What you'll do:
Turn raw footage (10-30s sec) into short engaging videos using CapCut. Cut for pacing, not for perfection. Use sound effects to hit jokes and moments exactly right. Keep a consistent look and feel across videos for the same creator. Deliver consistently, every single day.

What you need:
Real understanding of short-form content and what actually keeps people watching. Experience with comedic timing and sound effect placement. An eye for consistent branding across edits. CapCut skills. Your own laptop and stable internet. Fast response time during your shift. The discipline to hit a high daily video output without dropping quality.

Pay:
$3 to $4 per hour to start, based on experience. Confirmed after a short paid test edit.

On top of that: performance bonuses. Deliver reliably, hit deadlines, and your edits drive real watchtime and engagement increases, and your pay grows with it. We reward people who move the numbers, not just people who show up.

Hours
Roughly 40 to 50 hours a week. Fast turnaround expected during your shift. Exact schedule discussed in the interview.
