Personal Assistant - Marketing & Operations (Full-Time Remote)

CreatorPulse is a fast-growing creator management agency working with personal brands and creators across the US and UK. We're looking for a detail-oriented personal assistant to support our Head of Marketing with day-to-day tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Instagram research: finding pages and creators in specific niches (country, fitness, lifestyle, etc.)
• Setting up and preparing Instagram accounts for posting (bio, profile, everything post-ready)
• Content quality control: checking that captions, sounds, and visuals actually match the creator's brand
• Giving structured feedback to creators based on our internal guidelines
• Trend research: staying on top of what's working on Instagram Reels and feeding that into our content planning
• Content research: finding reference accounts, viral hooks, outfit inspiration, and competitor content
• Preparing outfit orders for creators

What We're Looking For:

• You're organized, fast, and don't need your hand held
• You're genuinely interested in social media and understand what good content looks like
• You can work independently and manage multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball
• You pay attention to detail, quality control is a big part of this role
• English must be fluent (written and verbal)
• Available during European daytime hours and flexible enough to turn tasks around quickly when needed
• Experience with Instagram is a must. Experience in the creator economy is a big plus

The Role

• Full-time — 6–8 hours per day
• 100% remote — work from anywhere
• Starting pay: $2/hour + performance bonuses
• Room to grow fast in a scaling agency
