Experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant – Amazon Expertise (Day/Night Shifts)

We are a multi-million-dollar e-commerce company in the California.

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who is not afraid to learn new things daily, for our E-commerce business. This is a high-growth position. You must be a self-starter and love to learn new things!

As a bookkeeper, the ideal candidate is highly driven, enjoys working with numbers, is detail-oriented, and is familiar with Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces. This individual will be the primary point of contact for our bookkeeping. The candidate should be experienced and know how to set up QuickBooks. The ideal candidate must have previously successfully delivered P&L reports to the accountant. You may also be required to learn other e-commerce-related skills to fit in with our existing operations. You must be a leader, reliable, communicative, and willing to learn.

-Entering bills
-Paying bills
-Expenses
-Credit card usage
-Bank statements
-Balancing checks
-Amazon reports
-Profit and Loss reports
-Monthly balance sheet
-Making sure all finances are up to date
-Setting up and entering everything into QuickBooks
