General Virtual Assistant / Media Buyer

We're a fast-growing UK-based lead generation agency helping home service businesses (roofing, bathrooms, etc.) generate appointments and grow. We're looking for a reliable, resourceful all-rounder to join our team full-time.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and optimizing Facebook /Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Creating ad creatives (images, basic video edits, copy)
• Monitoring campaign performance and flagging issues
• General admin and client support tasks
• Helping build and improve SOPs and internal processes
• Communicating daily updates to the team

What we're looking for:

• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager (even basic is fine, we'll train you)
• Comfortable creating simple ad creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Proactive problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Reliable, consistent communicator
• Available to work UK business hours (Mon to Fri)

Compensation:
$700/month base with performance bonuses available as you grow into the role. There is genuine room to grow here as we scale. If you prove yourself, your pay will increase.
