Sunster is a fast-growing Scandinavian beauty brand focused on self-tanning and skincare. We help women feel confident in their own skin through simple, effective products.

We’re now looking to add an AI Content Creator to our team to help us scale our creative output using AI.

Start date: As soon as possible
Time: Full Time (20–40 hours)
Salary: 6–15 USD/hour (depending on experience & performance)
Location: 100% remote & flexible working hours

Your Role:

Create high-performing video and image ads using AI tools
Generate scroll-stopping creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Turn ideas into finished creatives fast (hooks, visuals, variations)
Test different angles, styles, and formats at scale
Work closely with our team on messaging, offers, and concepts
Continuously improve creatives based on performance

You Might Be a Fit If…

You have experience with AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut or similar)
You understand what makes ads convert (hooks, clarity, emotion > fancy visuals)
You can create both images and short-form videos
You are fast and can produce a high volume of creatives
You think in testing and iteration (not perfection)
You can match a clean, Scandinavian brand style (simple, soft, minimal)
You communicate clearly in English
