Package Mart is looking for an experienced Apollo Expert & B2B Outbound Marketing Specialist to build and execute an outbound customer-acquisition program targeting small-to-medium businesses throughout Southern California.
Position: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Location: Remote
Compensation: depending on experience, plus performance incentives

About Package Mart
Package Mart is a U.S.-based packaging and shipping supply company.
We provide businesses with packaging and shipping products including boxes, tape, stretch film, protective packaging, mailers, custom packaging, and other packaging solutions.
Customers can purchase products directly through our online store. Businesses with larger, recurring, or custom packaging requirements can also work directly with our sales team.
We want to significantly expand our customer base throughout Southern California.
The Position
This is NOT a general Virtual Assistant position.
We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on Apollo experience and proven B2B outbound marketing skills.
You should already know how to use Apollo to:
Identify target companies
Find the correct decision-makers
Build targeted prospect lists
Segment prospects
Find and verify contact information
Create outbound campaigns
Build email sequences
Personalize outreach
Manage follow-ups
Track engagement
Analyze campaign results
Improve campaigns based on performance
We do not want to teach someone how to use Apollo from the beginning.
You should already be highly comfortable working inside Apollo.
Your Main Goal
Your goal is to:
Find small-to-medium businesses throughout Southern California that regularly purchase packaging and shipping supplies and turn them into Package Mart customers.
You will use Apollo, phone outreach, email , research, follow-up, and our CRM to create a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
Some prospects may be appropriate for purchasing directly through our online store.
Other prospects may have larger or recurring packaging requirements and should be developed into quote opportunities or appointments for our sales team.
Primary Responsibilities
Apollo Prospecting & Lead Generation
You will use Apollo extensively to:
Build targeted Southern California prospect lists
Search by geography, industry, company size, job title, and other criteria
Identify companies that are likely to purchase packaging and shipping supplies
Find owners, purchasing managers, operations managers, supply-chain managers, warehouse managers, and other decision-makers
Find and verify contact information
Organize and segment prospects
Maintain clean prospect data
Avoid duplicate and irrelevant leads
Build lists for specific industries and geographic campaigns
Develop repeatable prospecting processes
Outbound Email Marketing
You will:
Build and manage outbound email campaigns
Create email sequences
Write clear, concise B2B prospecting email s
Personalize outreach when appropriate
Test different subject lines, messages, offers, and calls to action
Follow up consistently
Monitor replies and engagement
Identify interested prospects
Route qualified opportunities appropriately
Continuously improve campaign performance

Outbound Cold Calling
Cold calling is an important part of this position.
You will:
Make outbound calls to Southern California businesses
Get past receptionists and gatekeepers
Reach owners, purchasing managers, operations managers, and other decision-makers
Introduce Package Mart
Ask questions about the company's packaging requirements
Determine what packaging and shipping products they currently purchase
Find out whether they are open to a competitive quote
Direct smaller prospects to our online store when appropriate
Generate qualified quote opportunities
Set qualified appointments for our sales team
Follow up with prospects who are interested but not ready to purchase today
You must be comfortable making outbound calls every day.

Part of your job will be helping us determine which industries, company sizes, geographic areas, decision-makers, and outbound messages produce the best results.

San Bernardino County
San Diego County
Surrounding Southern California business markets
We may expand into additional markets as our outbound program develops.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Every qualified prospect and meaningful interaction must be properly tracked.
You will:
Maintain accurate prospect records
Record calls, email s, conversations, and outcomes
Schedule follow-ups
Track opportunities
Maintain a clean sales pipeline
Ensure promising prospects do not get forgotten
Provide daily and weekly performance reporting
A typical prospect may move through:
New Prospect ? Contact Attempted ? Decision-Maker Reached ? Qualified ? Follow-Up ? Quote Opportunity ? Appointment ? Customer ? Repeat Customer

Required Qualifications
You MUST have:
Strong hands-on Apollo experience
Previous B2B outbound marketing experience
Experience prospecting businesses in the United States
B2B cold-calling experience
Outbound email campaign experience
Excellent spoken English
Excellent written English
Strong phone presence
Experience getting past gatekeepers
Experience communicating with business decision-makers
Strong lead-research skills
CRM experience
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Reliable high-speed internet
A quiet professional environment for calls
Ability to work 40 hours per week during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Experience selling or prospecting for industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, packaging, shipping supplies, or other B2B products is a strong plus.
Packaging experience is not required.
We can teach you packaging.
We cannot teach you outbound sales from scratch.

Compensation
$800 - $1000 USD depending on experience
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.
Performance incentives may also be available based on qualified opportunities, appointments, new customers, and results.
