Virtual Assistant & Telecaller – Customer Service

We are an Australian cleaning company based in Queensland, looking for a reliable and friendly full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team.

You will work remotely from the Philippines and communicate with our customers and cleaning team in Australia.

Your main role will be to handle customer communication, provide service quotes, follow up with customers and coordinate with our cleaners to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to new a customers by phone
• Provide cleaning quotes to customers
• Respond to enquiries through phone, SMS, email and Facebook
• Follow up with customers and enquiries
• Answer customer questions and provide professional customer service
• Communicate with cleaners about jobs, schedules and customer requirements
• Pass customer instructions and updates to cleaners
• Follow up with cleaners when required
• Handle customer requests, changes and issues
• Keep customer and job information updated
• Perform basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear, confident and friendly communication
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
• Good computer skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Able to communicate effectively with both customers and cleaners
• Previous customer service, VA or similar experience is preferred
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (Brisbane, Australia time).

This is a long-term position for someone reliable who wants to grow with our company.
