About the Role
Company Description
- Founded in 2016, Printbelle is a global Print-on-Demand provider offering end-to-end production, fulfilment and shipping solutions for eCommerce businesses.
- With fulfilment centres across China, the US and Europe, we support sellers worldwide with thousands of products across our portfolio. We continuously develop new products and solutions to help our customers stay competitive and respond quickly to changing market trends.
- Having recently celebrated our 10th anniversary, we are actively expanding our global presence. We're now looking for a Global B2B Account Executive to help us acquire new B2B customers, nurture existing customer relationships and drive account growth across Europe and the US, with a particular focus on the European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively follow up with qualified leads generated by the marketing team and convert opportunities into new business
- Independently identify and approach new B2B prospects through effective channels e.g. cold calling, email , LinkedIn and industry events
- Take a results-oriented approach to prospecting, with the freedom to test different outreach methods and focus on what delivers measurable outcomes
- Participate in online events globally and attend relevant offline events in Vietnam to build relationships and generate valuable business contacts
- Work directly with the Global Commercial Lead and European commercial team to develop and execute go-to-market and market expansion strategies across Europe and the US
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, support onboarding and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Maintain a flexible balance between new customer acquisition and account development, initially around 55% active acquisition and 45% existing account nurturing. This balance may shift throughout the year—for example, with a stronger focus on acquisition during non-peak periods and more focus on supporting existing customers during peak periods to ensure smooth operations
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is required. A master's degree with an international academic background is a strong advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management within the Print-on-Demand or eCommerce industry
- International experience gained through work, education or employment at a company operating across Europe and the US
- Strong understanding of Western communication styles, business culture and customer expectations
- Strong written and spoken English. Additional European languages, particularly German, French or Spanish, are a major advantage
- Curious and commercially minded, with strong communication and relationship-building skills when engaging with prospects, customers and partners
- A critical and results-oriented thinker who doesn't simply follow instructions, but continuously evaluates and improves their approach to achieve stronger outcomes
- Able to work independently, take ownership and remain productive in a fully remote environment
- Goal-oriented and comfortable managing both new customer acquisition and existing account growth
What We Offer
- An above-market competitive salary package, plus a fair and motivating commission structure linked to the orders and revenue you generate
- A fully remote position with the flexibility to structure your own working day
- Direct collaboration with our Global Commercial Lead and international teams
- Exposure to the European and US markets
- Opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute directly to Printbelle's global expansion
- A dynamic, international and fast-growing working environment
- Long-term development opportunities as our global commercial team continues to grow
