Part-Time Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Generation VA

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for reliable and motivated Virtual Assistants to make outbound calls to property owners.

Your primary responsibility will be calling homeowner leads that we provide, following a simple script, identifying owners who may be interested in selling, and accurately documenting each conversation.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 75 outbound calls during each 6-hour shift
• Follow our provided cold-calling script
• Speak professionally and conversationally with homeowners
• Ask qualifying questions about property condition, motivation, asking price, and selling timeline
• Take clear notes on meaningful conversations
• Identify motivated sellers for the company owners to follow up with
• Schedule callbacks when appropriate
• Update lead status accurately
• Respect all Do Not Call and opt-out requests immediately

Requirements

• Strong spoken English
• Clear, professional phone voice
• Reliable internet connection
• Reliable computer and headset
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Good communication and note-taking skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Coachable and willing to follow training and scripts

Real estate experience is not required. We will provide training, scripts, lead lists, and calling software.

Schedule

• Approximately 30 hours per week
• 6-hour shifts
• Long-term opportunity for strong performers

Compensation

• Starting pay: $3/hour
• After 60 days, pay may increase to $3.50/hour based on attendance, call quality, and performance
• Additional performance bonuses for closed real estate deals generated from your leads
• Future raises and increased responsibility available for strong performance
