Appointment setter (instagram and DMs)

I run an online coaching brand (The Gladiator Method) helping entrepreneurs and high achievers build elite physiques. I'm looking for an experienced appointment setter to join my team part-time (roughly 3-8 hours/day).

What I need:

Real experience setting appointments/DM conversion — this is not an entry-level role, please don't apply if this would be your first setting job
Someone who can handle inbound leads from Instagram (DMs, comments, story replies), qualify them, and book them onto sales calls
Comfortable with objection handling (time, budget, "not ready yet," etc.)
Compensation is performance-based — paid per qualified, show-up appointment booked (details discussed on a call)
