About the Role

Job Type: Full Time (40 hrs/week)

Salary: $1,040-$1500/month + performance bonuses

Experience Level: Intermediate — 1+ year hands-on with Meta Ads

About the Role

We run Meta ads for e-commerce products at scale. Every week our Media Buyer sends over a list of winning products, and each one needs a fresh ad set. Your job is to d ---------- what those ads should be — and then build them.

This is not a design job where you get handed a brief and execute it. You are the one forming the theory. You look at what's working in Ads Manager, figure out why it's working, and build the next set around that. Some weeks you'll iterate on a proven winner. Other weeks you'll test a completely new angle.

You'll produce the image ads yourself using our internal AI-powered creative system. We'll train you on it — it's fast, and it means your idea goes from concept to finished creative without waiting on anyone else.

If you enjoy the puzzle of "why did this ad convert and that one didn't," you'll like this role.

What You'll Actually Do

Every Monday

Review the Media Buyer's winning products sheet
Confirm which products are assigned to you and which are flagged priority

Every day

Check ---------- and the tracking sheet for new tasks or special requests from the Media Buyer and Operations, and prioritize them
Monitor performance of your assigned products in Ads Manager

For each assigned product

Analyze past ad sets and d ---------- : iterate on the winner, or test a new concept/format/angle?
Break down what drove performance — main message, headline, subheadline, CTA, format, imagery, overall design
Locate the product folder in Google Drive and determine the correct set number
Produce a 15-ad image set using our internal AI creative system
Proofread every creative before launch — typos, bad generations, quality issues. Fix in Canva.
Keep the tracking sheets updated

Creative diversity is non-negotiable Meta's Andromeda system penalizes ads that look like duplicates. All 15 ads in a set must be conceptually distinct — different visual concepts, messaging angles, funnel stages (TOF/MOF/BOF), and creative formats. Swapping a background color or CTA button doesn't count. We'll be clear about this in training because it directly affects reach.

When you're low on ideas Facebook Ad Library, Pinterest, competitor research. Bring back angles, not just aesthetics.

Note: we're focused on image ads right now. Video may be added later — if you have video brief experience, mention it, but it isn't required.

What We're Looking For

Required

-1+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — you can read a performance report and tell us what it means, not just what it says
-Experience creating or directing ad creatives for e-commerce or DTC brands
-Strong written English
-Working knowledge of Canva
-Genuine interest in consumer psychology: why people click, why people buy
-Detail-oriented enough to catch a typo before it goes live
-Reliable internet and the ability to work a consistent full-time schedule
-Comfortable with Google Drive, Docs & Sheets, and ----------

Nice to have

-Experience with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, Midjourney, or similar) — this is a big plus, since our image production runs on an AI system
-Familiarity with Incogniton or other multi-profile browsers
-Health, supplements, or wellness niche experience
-A portfolio of ads you conceptualized

Not a fit if: you want to be told exactly what to make every day. This role needs someone who forms their own theories and takes ownership of testing them.

Paid training on our internal AI creative system and processes

How to Apply

Please follow these steps exactly — applications that skip them won't be reviewed.

1. Use this subject line: Creative Strategist — ANDROMEDA

2. Answer these four questions in your application:

Walk me through the last ad set you worked on. What was the product, what did the data tell you, and what did you d ---------- to make because of it?
An image ad is underperforming. Ads Manager shows a high CTR but a low conversion rate. What's your first hypothesis, and what would you change in the next set?
How do you make 15 image ads for one product that are genuinely different from each other — not just recolored versions of the same idea?
Which AI tools do you currently use, and what have you actually made with them?

3. Attach or link:

Your resume
3–5 examples of image ads you conceptualized (screenshots or a portfolio link are both fine — tell us what your specific contribution was)

4. Tell us your available working hours and your DISC/personality test result if you have one.

Short, specific answers beat long generic ones. We read every application that follows the instructions above.
