We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO & CRO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for optimising our customers website to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience to drive conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a strategic mindset for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Responsible for creating SEO deliverables (Website Optimisation, Technical Audit, Link Building Strategy, New Market Research, and Blog Content Research).
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- Provide SEO expertise for reporting, linking campaigns, conversion goals, on-site & off-site optimisation.
- Provides assistance with SEO Proposals.
- Helping SEO Managers and other specialists out on tasks.
- Provides assistance with Migration SEO Audits.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):
- Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain landing pages optimised for conversion.
Content Optimisation:
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with the overall SEO strategy.
- Optimise existing content for better search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Develop and implement content strategies to support SEO and CRO goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on SEO and CRO performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize SEO and CRO strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, CRO Specialist, or similar role.
- 2+ years experience in an agency or in-house role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- In-depth experience with website analytics/ SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl & SEM Rush.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or other content management systems.
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Magento or other content management systems.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- In-depth knowledge with technical SEO & CRO.
- Has experience working with e-commerce and medical sites.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
