AI implementation and training;
Technology planning and cybersecurity assistance; and
Special technology and automation projects.
Because this is a small two-attorney firm, the successful candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where the position is both hands-on and strategic. On some days, the work may involve solving an immediate Mac, printer, Clio, or email problem; on others, it may involve designing an AI-enabled workflow that substantially improves the way the firm operates.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with lawyers and who understands that technology in a small law firm must be reliable, secure, understandable, and genuinely useful.
The ideal candidate will not simply recommend new technology. He or she will be able to evaluate it, implement it, teach the attorneys how to use it, troubleshoot it when necessary, and help the firm determine whether the technology actually improves the practice.
A particular interest in the rapidly developing use of artificial intelligence in the practice of law is highly desirable.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, availability, and the scope of responsibilities.
