SMS Specialist | US Real Estate Wholesaling | Part-Time

EP Solutions is a small but growing real estate wholesaling team based in Ohio. We are looking for an experienced SMS Specialist who can help us connect with property owners, manage conversations, and identify potential leads.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

Position Details:

Rate: $5.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Part-Time
Primary Tool: Smarter Contact

What You’ll Do:

Manage outbound SMS campaigns through Smarter Contact
Monitor and respond to incoming messages
Identify positive and neutral responses
Qualify potential seller leads
Label and organize conversations correctly
Maintain accurate lead notes and information
Forward qualified leads to the appropriate team member
Complete a brief end-of-day report

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience with Smarter Contact
Experience working in US real estate wholesaling
Good written and spoken English
Understanding of seller motivation and lead qualification
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Someone who wants to contribute and grow with a small team
