Job Title: Part-Time SMS Specialist for US Real Estate Wholesaling

EP Solutions is a growing real estate wholesaling company based in Ohio. We are a small team looking for a dependable SMS Specialist who can help us grow. This position is currently part-time, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Status: Part-Time
Rate: $5.00 per hour
Tool: Smarter Contact

Responsibilities:

Manage SMS campaigns using Smarter Contact
Monitor and respond to incoming messages
Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads
Properly label and organize conversations
Update lead information and notes accurately
Forward qualified leads to the appropriate team member
Submit a short end-of-day report

Qualifications:

Experience using Smarter Contact
Experience in US real estate wholesaling
Strong written and spoken English
Familiarity with real estate lead qualification
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to learn, contribute, and grow with a small team
