Virtual Assistant – Organic Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who specializes in organic social media management to join the team at DADFUEL, a lifestyle and wellness brand for dads.
You’ll work directly with our Social Media Manager to help grow our presence, engage our community, and build strong influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Compile a list of U.S.-based influencers aligned with our brand (based on niche, audience demographics, and engagement rates).

Publish posts across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook .

Research and compile potential influencers/partners for DADFUEL collaborations and partnerships.

Help maintain a content calendar and track organic performance metrics.

Support in creating captions and hashtags that align with brand voice and tone.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing organic social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook ).

Strong research and organizational skills — especially in influencer sourcing and outreach.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Familiar with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Later (or similar).
