LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

About the Role:
Team Trust Productions is a video production company serving nonprofit organizations across the US. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to manage LinkedIn outreach to nonprofit executives using a proven, established messaging process. You'll be working from a documented message sequence and word-for-word scripts.

What You'll Do:

• Send connection requests and follow-up messages to nonprofit executives via LinkedIn
• Use our scripts to respond to common replies
• Flag any message or reply that falls outside the provided scripts before responding
• Research upcoming nonprofit events (galas, campaigns) to build targeted contact lists
• Provide a brief written update 2x/week on activity and results

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation or appointment setting
• Strong written English
• Detail-oriented and comfortable following a structured process precisely
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated device for this work
• Available for consistent daily hours
• Comfortable with spreadsheet-based activity tracking
• Bonus: experience with nonprofit, sales, or B2B outreach specifically
