We are a growing U.S.-based Locksmith company looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Secretary to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Locksmith dispatching experience is REQUIRED
• Workiz CRM experience is REQUIRED
• Experience working with a U.S.-based Locksmith company
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience managing technicians and scheduling jobs
• Ability to answer customer calls and follow up with leads
• Must be organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection
• Full-time availability

Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, booking and scheduling locksmith jobs, managing technicians, updating jobs in Workiz, communicating with customers, and following up on appointments.

Applicants without Locksmith AND Workiz experience will not be considered.
