Pringle Craft Co. is looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive E-Commerce Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations and growth of multiple e-commerce brands.

This is not a basic data-entry VA position. We are looking for someone who understands how e-commerce stores operate and can eventually take ownership of projects from research through launch.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, upload, update, and optimize Etsy and Shopify product listings
  • Conduct keyword, competitor, trend, and product research
  • Write SEO-focused titles, descriptions, tags, and product copy
  • Create professional product mockups and organize digital assets
  • Manage product variants, pricing, collections, images, and listing details
  • Work with print-on-demand platforms such as Printify and Printful
  • Assist with digital product creation and listing
  • Help maintain and improve existing Etsy and Shopify storefronts
  • Build new Etsy storefronts using client-provided intake information, branding, products, and business details
  • Help develop repeatable systems and SOPs for launching and managing stores
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve research, productivity, content creation, and workflows
  • Perform quality-control checks before products and storefronts go live

Ideal Candidate

You should have hands-on experience with Etsy, Shopify, or both. Experience with POD, digital products, SEO, Canva, mockups, and product research is strongly preferred.

Experience with tools such as eRank, EverBee, Printify, Printful, Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Shopify, and Etsy is a plus.

We especially value someone who:

  • Pays close attention to details
  • Can follow an established process while also identifying ways to improve it
  • Communicates proactively
  • Is comfortable learning new tools and systems
  • Can work independently after training
  • Takes ownership of their work
  • Wants a stable, long-term position and room to grow

Hours & Compensation

  • 35 hours per week
  • $5.75 USD per hour to start
  • Long-term position
  • Paid trial required for finalists
  • Opportunities for performance-based increases as responsibilities, skills, and ownership grow

How to Apply

Please include:

1. A brief introduction and summary of your e-commerce experience
2. Your experience with Etsy and Shopify
3. Your experience creating or optimizing product listings
4. Your experience with SEO and keyword/product research

8. A short Loom/video introduction
9. Confirmation that you are available for 35 hours per week and comfortable with the $5.75/hour starting rate
10. Tell us about one process you improved in a previous role and what changed as a result

IMPORTANT: In the first line of your application, include the words “PREMIUM ECOMMERCE” so we know you read the entire job posting.
