Full-Time Video Editor — Direct Response Ads for Swiss Luxury Fragrance Brand ($1,000/mo + Performance Bonuses)

ABOUT ZOIS

ZOIS is a Swiss luxury fragrance house. We produce extrait-concentration perfumes in Switzerland and sell them direct-to-consumer, no retailers, no middlemen, no department stores.

We launched in 2025, scaled to seven figures across Switzerland and Germany, and recently entered the US market. We're a small, fast-moving team that ships a lot of creative.

Here's the important part: we sell through video. Our ads are the business. Every euro of revenue starts with someone stopping their scroll. That's why this role matters more here than it would at most companies and why we pay for performance instead of for hours.

THE ROLE

You'll edit direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, VSL-style ads, UGC edits, testimonial cuts, product creatives.

Full-time, long-term, remote. You'll get briefs, scripts, b-roll libraries and reaction footage from our creative team. Your job is to turn them into ads that sell.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Editing skill. Pacing, hook retention, cuts that hold attention, clean subtitles, sound design that doesn't feel like a template.
Fast communication. You reply within hours during working hours. No disappearing.
Few feedback loops. Your first version should be close to final. We don't want to art-direct every cut.
Team player. You take direction well and you're easy to work with.
You think ahead. You suggest better hooks, flag weak sections, notice when a script section drags. We want an editor with an opinion, not a button-pusher.
Direct response understanding. Hook ? problem ? mechanism ? proof ? offer ? CTA. You don't need to be an expert, we teach a lot in-house, but you need to care about why an ad converts, not just how it looks.

Tools are up to you (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci). We care about output, not software.

COMPENSATION

$1,000/month base, full-time
$50 bonus per performing video, every creative that hits our performance benchmark
Our editors who produce winners consistently add several hundred dollars per month on top of base. There is real upside here. If your creatives scale, you earn more.
Long-term position with salary reviews as you grow with us.
