Analytical Research Assistant (Remote, Full-Time)

We're a growing company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented person who loves working with data. This is a full-time research and analysis role at its core, so we care far more about how you think than about your background.

Position Details: Remote · Full-time (40–50 hours/week)
Pay: $350/month base + uncapped performance bonuses (strong performers regularly earn well above base as they ramp).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research and analyze data with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify patterns and trends across various data sources
• Ensure timely and thorough completion of assigned tasks
• Communicate as needed for updates and clarifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong ability to recognize patterns and analyze charts and graphs
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills
• Resilient and self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Stable, consistent availability for full-time hours
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and willingness to learn new tools (training provided)
• A reliable, strong internet connection and a good-spec computer or laptop (double monitor preferred)
