Experienced Etsy Listing Specialist / Etsy Lister

We are looking for an experienced Etsy Listing Specialist to prepare and upload product listings to our Etsy stores.

Previous experience working directly inside Etsy is required for this position.

You will receive product information, prepared images, and keyword research, and your job will be to create optimized Etsy listings according to our internal processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating new product listings directly inside Etsy
Using ChatGPT to prepare listing titles, descriptions, tags, and other listing content
Creating listing content based on provided keywords
Uploading product images that have already been prepared
Organizing images in the correct order
Entering product information accurately
Selecting the appropriate Etsy categories and attributes
Adding tags and SEO information
Expanding keyword or competitor research when necessary using eRank and EverBee
Reviewing the listing before completion
Saving every product as DRAFT ONLY
Following our listing templates and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Previous hands-on experience with the Etsy seller dashboard
Understanding of Etsy listings and Etsy SEO
Experience creating titles, descriptions, and tags
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed instructions and templates
Experience with ChatGPT
