Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Commission Only | $300–$500 Per Closed Deal

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a high-energy, experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our sales team.

Your job is simple: make calls, speak with business owners, qualify interested prospects, and book appointments for our sales team. You do NOT have to close the sale. We handle the closing.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position.

We sell two primary monthly packages:

$3,000/month package ? $300 commission per closed deal
$5,000/month package ? $500 commission per closed deal

You earn 10% commission on every deal we close from an appointment you set.

There is no cap on commissions. The more qualified appointments you book, the more opportunities you have to get paid.

Requirements
Fluent English is REQUIRED
Must speak English clearly and confidently
Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
Must be able to make 300 outbound dials per day
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience strongly preferred
Must be confident handling rejection and objections
Reliable internet connection
Good-quality headset/microphone
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only position
Must consistently track calls, conversations, and appointments
What You'll Be Doing
Make approximately 300 outbound dials per day
Contact business owners
Introduce our marketing services
Identify interested and qualified prospects
Book appointments directly onto our sales calendar
Follow our scripts and sales process
Keep accurate records of your activity

You set the meeting. We close the deal. You get paid.
