Full-Time Video Editor + YouTube/Social Media VA — Real Estate & Podcast Content

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS YOUTUBE MANAGEMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Final candidates will be given a PAID editing test using our actual real estate/podcast footage.

We are looking for quality and a long-term relationship — not simply the cheapest applicant.
We are looking for a high-quality Philippines-based Video Editor & Social Media VA to work long-term with our growing real estate brand and podcast.

This is NOT a basic VA position. We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for high-end/luxury real estate content, YouTube videos, podcasts, Reels and Shorts.

Your Responsibilities

• Edit professional real estate listing videos
• Edit high-end/luxury property videos with clean, modern transitions and professional color correction
• Turn property footage into Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts
• Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube
• Turn each podcast into multiple short-form viral clips
• Add captions, hooks, B-roll, sound effects and graphics when appropriate
• Create professional YouTube thumbnails
• Upload and manage our YouTube channel
• Write optimized YouTube titles and descriptions
• Organize playlists and videos
• Schedule and publish YouTube Shorts
• Help improve views, subscribers, retention and engagement
• Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok and YouTube

Skills Required

• Strong English
• Professional video editing experience
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
• Canva and/or Photoshop
• YouTube Studio
• YouTube thumbnail design
• Short-form/Reels editing
• Long-form podcast editing
• Understanding of hooks and viewer retention
• Real estate editing experience strongly preferred
• Luxury real estate editing experience is a BIG PLUS
• AI/ChatGPT experience is a plus
