We are looking for a Highly Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro Editor to join our team and take our post-production to the next level.
The Role
We need a creative, detail-oriented storyteller who understands pacing, retention, and aesthetic. You will be responsible for editing a wide variety of high-quality content, seamlessly shifting from a dynamic luxury home tour to a polished, multicam podcast episode. You must have an expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro and a sharp eye for color grading, audio sweetening, and modern motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities
- Luxury Real Estate Videos: Craft cinematic, smooth, and engaging property tours that highlight high-end architectural details and lifestyle elements.
- Multicam Podcasts: Sync, cut, and polish multicam podcast episodes, ensuring perfect audio clarity, camera switching, and engaging pacing.
- Longform Interviews & Documentaries: Edit talking-head interviews and documentary-style branded content, building strong narratives using A-roll and B-roll effectively.
- Short-Form Content (Shorts/Reels/TikToks): Repurpose longform content into high-retention, viral-style vertical clips with dynamic captions, pacing, and sound design.
- Color & Audio: Perform professional color correction/grading (Lumetri) and audio sweetening to ensure a flawless final product.
- Asset Management: Organize project files, maintain a clean timeline, and efficiently manage media assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-Level Adobe Premiere Pro: You must be highly advanced in Premiere Pro. (Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and Audition for audio is a strong plus).
- Multicam Mastery: Extensive experience setting up and editing multicam sequences efficiently.
- Pacing & Storytelling: A proven ability to keep viewers engaged, whether it is a fast-paced social short or a 45-minute interview.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of frame rates, aspect ratios, export settings, color spaces, and proxy workflows.
- Self-Starter: Ability to take raw footage and a creative brief and run with it, delivering polished drafts with minimal hand-holding.
- Portfolio: A strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing exactly the types of content listed above.
