We are looking for an Expert YouTube Thumbnail Strategist and channel manager.

We run a portfolio of different channels and are looking for a proven YouTube strategist and channel manager to not only manage, but grow these channels with 10/10 ideation and strategy.

What we're looking for:
-Deep understanding of ideation, packaging (titles + thumbnails), and content structure
-Data-driven — you make decisions based on research, not gut feel
-Proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to do
-Obsessed with results, not just process

What you'll be doing:

• Ideation for channels
• Managing the team (directing them, giving feedback etc)
