We are an Australian property referral specialist building a sophisticated digital client-acquisition and relationship-management system using GoHighLevel and AI.

The strategy, client journey, discovery framework, educational content and core business processes have already been developed.

We are now looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Automation & AI Specialist who can take our blueprint and turn it into a polished, automated, scalable system - and potentially manage and optimise it on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Be Building

You will help us create an integrated system covering:

*Lead-generation funnels
*eBook/lead-magnet delivery
*Forms, surveys and custom fields
*CRM pipelines and opportunity stages
*Automated email and SMS nurture sequences
*Discovery-call bookings and reminders
*Our structured 7-Key Questions Discovery Process
*Professional referral checkpoints and workflow controls
*Automated follow-up based on client status
*Client segmentation and tagging
*Suburb/property profile information delivery
*AI-assisted lead nurturing and qualification
*AI conversation systems
*Knowledge-base integration
*Potential AI avatar/voice integration
*Internal notifications and task automation
*Management dashboards and reporting
*Long-term system optimisation

You should have strong hands-on experience with:

*Forms and surveys
*Calendars
*Email /SMS automation
*Conversation AI
*AI agents/automation
*Knowledge bases
*API/webhook integrations
*CRM architecture
*Reporting and dashboards

AI Experience is a must!

We are looking for the right candidate who understands how AI can be used intelligently throughout a customer journey while maintaining appropriate human oversight and business controls.

You should be comfortable designing AI that can assist with:

Lead engagement ? qualification ? appointment booking ? follow-up ? CRM updates ? internal summaries ? task creation ? client nurturing.
