Wedding Culling and Editing

We’re looking for a reliable photo culler and editor for ongoing remote work.

The workload is approximately four weddings per month, along with engagement sessions, surprise proposals, corporate events, and other portrait sessions.

The workflow includes:

• Run the initial cull through AfterShoot
• Review and refine the selections manually in Photo Mechanic or similar software
• Edit the selected photographs in Lightroom
• Select and edit sneak peeks with a fast turnaround
• Upload completed galleries to Pic-Time
• Keep all files and folders properly organized

We will provide starter Lightroom presets and examples of our editing style.

Requirements:

• Experience with AfterShoot, Photo Mechanic, Lightroom, and Pic-Time
• Good judgment when selecting images for focus, expressions, duplicates, and storytelling
• Wedding and event photography experience preferred
• Very fast and reliable internet for downloading and uploading large RAW files
• Fast, dependable communication
• Ability to follow our editing style and meet deadlines
• A computer capable of handling large photography projects

Starting rate is $5 per hour, with the potential for consistent ongoing work.
