$7/hr USD + 5% Bonus on Closed Deals

About Us
We help local service businesses grow by connecting them with more customers. We reach out to businesses with outdated or missing websites, offer them a free custom website as a lead magnet, and show them a live working version of their new site. From there, we close them into a paid website subscription or a website + automation package. This role starts part-time with room to grow to full-time for the right person.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to local service businesses with bad or no websites
Clearly explain the free website offer and walk them through next steps
Show prospects their live website build to generate interest
Close leads on a website subscription or website + automation package
Handle objections professionally
Log call/DM outcomes and notes accurately after every contact

What We're Looking For
Previous cold calling AND closing/sales experience (required) — this role covers the full sales cycle, not just setting appointments
Top-tier English required — fluent, clear, and confident. Applications with lower-level English will not be considered.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
Detail-oriented — accurate call logs and follow-through
Independent and resourceful — you figure things out and get things done without being told, no hand-holding; you're looking to grow, not just clock hours

Compensation & Schedule
$7/hr USD + 5% bonus on every deal that closes from your calls
Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time
Able to work hours that overlap with US business hours
100% remote
