We're looking for a passionate Basketball Performance Video Coordinator to become an integral part of our player development team.

In this role, you'll work alongside professional basketball coaches, helping transform full game footage into structured, actionable video that supports elite player development.

This isn't just video editing—it's an opportunity to contribute to a high-performance basketball environment where every detail matters.

Your Role

• Review and organize game footage.
• Tag individual player actions using our proprietary workflow.
• Prepare video playlists for player evaluations.
• Maintain an organized video database.
• Ensure every project meets our quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
• Basketball coaching, playing, or analytical background.
• Experience working with sports video.
• Interest in performance analysis and player development.

Compensation

$10–15 USD per completed game, with additional opportunities as responsibilities expand.
