Property Management Lead Generation & Operations VA

We’re building BondKnows, an AI-powered platform that helps property managers modernize maintenance requests, tenant communication, and property verification.

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful teammate who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and helping grow an early-stage startup.

This is not a typical virtual assistant role. You’ll work directly with the founder and help us land our first customers.

Your responsibilities

• Research U.S. property management companies
• Find the right decision makers (owners, operations managers, maintenance managers)
• Send personalized email s and LinkedIn messages
• Make outbound calls and follow up professionally
• Schedule product demos
• Maintain our CRM
• Help onboard pilot customers
• Test new workflows and provide product feedback
• Perform light administrative tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Speaks excellent English
• Is comfortable talking on the phone
• Is organized and proactive
• Learns new software quickly
• Has experience with property management, leasing, real estate, customer support, or outbound sales
• Enjoys startups where every day is different

Bonus if you have experience with

• Property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Jobber, Rent Manager, etc.)
• HubSpot or another CRM
• Cold outreach
• Appointment setting
• AI tools like ChatGPT
