Admissions Sales, Marketing & Lead Conversion Specialist

Position Summary

Cure Advanced Aesthetics Institute is seeking a motivated, organized, results-driven Admissions Sales, Marketing & Lead Conversion Specialist to help grow enrollment, strengthen prospective student relationships, manage incoming leads, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

This is a sales and conversion-focused position. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that prospective students who express interest in our programs receive timely, professional, consistent, and persuasive follow-up designed to move qualified prospects from inquiry to conversation, conversation to application, and application to enrollment.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable with sales, follow-up, telephone conversations, text messaging, email communication, CRM systems, lead organization, customer service, marketing, and working toward measurable enrollment goals.

We are looking for someone who understands that every inquiry represents a potential student whose life and career may be positively impacted by the right educational opportunity. This individual must be able to build relationships, communicate value, overcome reasonable objections, follow up consistently, and help prospective students confidently determine whether our programs are the right fit for their goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead Management & Organization

The specialist will be responsible for maintaining an organized and effective lead-management system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and manage leads generated through websites, landing pages, Google Ads, social media, events, referrals, telephone calls, email , and other marketing sources.
  • Ensure new leads are entered into the appropriate CRM or lead-management system.
  • Respond to new inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate lead statuses and contact information.
  • Categorize leads according to their stage within the enrollment process.
  • Maintain detailed notes regarding conversations, interests, concerns, objections, follow-up dates, and next steps.
  • Schedule appropriate follow-up activities.
  • Prevent qualified leads from becoming lost due to inconsistent communication.
  • Maintain an organized daily pipeline of prospects requiring attention.
  • Identify older leads that should be re-engaged.
  • Keep lead databases accurate, current, and organized.
  • Identify high-intent prospects who may be ready to enroll.
  • Track prospects from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Every qualified lead should have a clear status, a documented next step, and an appropriate follow-up date.

Sales & Enrollment Conversion

This individual must be comfortable selling educational programs and communicating the value of making an investment in professional education.

Responsibilities include:

  • Speak confidently with prospective students regarding available programs.
  • Explain program benefits, schedules, learning formats, tuition, payment options, enrollment requirements, and next steps accurately.
  • Learn and understand the features, benefits, and ideal student profile for each program.
  • Conduct professional sales and admissions conversations by telephone, text, email , video call, and other approved communication methods.
  • Ask appropriate questions to understand the prospect’s goals, concerns, career interests, financial considerations, and barriers to enrollment.
  • Help prospective students understand which program may best support their goals.
  • Clearly communicate the value of the educational opportunity rather than focusing solely on price.
  • Professionally address common objections involving tuition, scheduling, distance, fear, uncertainty, timing, and other enrollment concerns.
  • Create urgency when appropriate without using misleading or high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Ask qualified prospects for the enrollment.
  • Provide clear instructions regarding the application and enrollment process.
  • Follow up with prospects who begin but do not complete applications or enrollment.
  • Re-engage prospective students who previously expressed interest but did not enroll.
  • Work toward individual and organizational enrollment goals.

The specialist should understand that successful sales involves relationship building, listening, education, follow-through, confidence, and consistency.

Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing

Consistent follow-up is a major responsibility of this position.

The specialist will:

  • Conduct daily follow-up with assigned prospective students.
  • Utilize telephone calls, SMS/text messaging, email , and other approved channels.
  • Follow established lead-nurturing sequences.
  • Personalize communication when appropriate.
  • Follow up after tours, consultations, information sessions, events, and applications.
  • Reconnect with prospects who stop responding.
  • Maintain appropriate communication without becoming unprofessional or excessively aggressive.
  • Identify why prospects are not moving forward and communicate useful trends to leadership.
  • Ensure scheduled follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Create or recommend additional nurturing strategies when current approaches are not producing results.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

The specialist must be comfortable working with technology and maintaining accurate information within a CRM or lead-management platform.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain prospect records.
  • Update lead stages.
  • Enter notes after conversations.
  • Schedule follow-up activities.
  • Track appointments and consultations.
  • Monitor application progress.
  • Track enrollment outcomes.
  • Identify overdue follow-ups.
  • Help maintain automated email and SMS campaigns.
  • Identify duplicate or incomplete records.
  • Produce or assist with lead and conversion reports.
  • Work with platforms such as GoHighLevel, Leadpages, Google Sheets, Kajabi, or other systems adopted by the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation and lead management.

Marketing Support

The specialist will work closely with leadership and other team members to help promote programs and generate qualified inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with marketing campaigns for school programs.
  • Help develop promotional messaging based on questions and concerns received from prospective students.
  • Assist with email and SMS campaigns.
  • Support program launches, enrollment campaigns, open houses, information sessions, webinars, and special events.
  • Help identify effective promotional opportunities.
  • Review lead quality from different marketing sources and report findings to leadership.
  • Communicate recurring questions and objections so marketing messages can be improved.
  • Assist with basic social media and digital marketing activities when assigned.
  • Work with the team to ensure advertisements, landing pages, sales messaging, and admissions conversations communicate a consistent message.
  • Recommend new strategies for generating and converting qualified leads.

Customer Service & Student Experience

Excellent customer service is essential.

The specialist may be one of the first representatives a prospective student encounters and therefore must represent Cure Advanced Aesthetics Institute professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide warm, professional, knowledgeable service to prospective and current students.
  • Answer general program and enrollment questions accurately.
  • Respond to telephone calls, email s, text messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist newly enrolled students with understanding their next steps.
  • Help direct students to the appropriate staff member when an issue falls outside the specialist’s responsibilities.
  • Handle concerns professionally and calmly.
  • Document significant concerns or complaints.
  • Escalate serious student or customer concerns to leadership appropriately.
  • Follow through to ensure questions and concerns are addressed.
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students and prospective students.
  • Protect confidential student and business information.

Enrollment Onboarding & Handoff

The responsibility does not end immediately after a prospect says “yes.”

The specialist will help ensure a smooth transition from prospect to enrolled student.

Responsibilities include:

  • Confirm required enrollment steps have been completed.
  • Ensure necessary information is properly documented.
  • Communicate orientation or onboarding information.
  • Confirm students understand their immediate next steps.
  • Coordinate with appropriate staff regarding newly enrolled students.
  • Ensure the student receives a professional handoff from admissions into the educational experience.
  • Identify incomplete enrollment requirements and follow up appropriately.

Sales Performance & Accountability

This is a performance-driven position.

The employee must be comfortable having performance evaluated using measurable indicators such as:

  • Number of new leads received.
  • Lead response time.
  • Number of leads contacted.
  • Number of meaningful conversations.
  • Follow-up completion rate.
  • Consultation or appointment bookings.
  • Application starts.
  • Application completion.
  • Enrollment conversions.
  • Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
  • Re-engagement of older leads.
  • Customer service responsiveness.
  • CRM accuracy.
  • Achievement of assigned enrollment goals.

The specialist will be expected to understand their numbers and work with leadership to improve performance when necessary.
