VIDEO EDITOR WANTED, LONG-TERM, $500/MONTH

We run a large short-form content operation, our clips pull millions of views across a big network of accounts, and we're adding editors to the team. Long-term position with steady work every single week.

The work: Editing recorded OmeTV sessions into short viral clips. You watch the footage, find the best moments, and cut them into clean vertical clips with sound effects, captions and good pacing. Every clip must make sense on its own, a beginning and a payoff, not random seconds glued together. We provide all the footage, there's always more than you can finish.

The pay: Around $500 a month, paid per clip, so the more you deliver the more you earn, no cap. No hourly, no time tracker, no fixed schedule, you work when you want as long as you hit the weekly minimum. Bonuses on top for clips that go viral. Paid on the 1st and 15th, always on time.

Requirements: Full-time, around 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Fast stable internet and a PC that handles editing smoothly. Short-form editing experience, CapCut is enough.

How to apply: Message me and I'll send the application document, it has example clips showing exactly the style we want and a small trial task of 2 clips. How well you follow the document is part of the test.

Every clip goes through review and only approved clips are paid, we approve everything as long as the quality is there. We choose few people and keep the ones who deliver.
