Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer for Gaming Company (FB/IG/X)

We run multiple game server hosting companies (Minecraft, Rust, Palworld, ARK, etc.). We need someone to own our social media posting consistently, making the creatives, and growing our presence on Facebook , Instagram, and X, and engaging with other creators.

Your tasks

• Create and schedule posts across Facebook , Instagram, and X (content calendar you maintain)
• Design all creatives yourself - graphics, memes, promos, announcements (Canva/Photoshop/Figma, your choice)
• Adapt content per platform (not the same image cross-posted 3 times)
• Engage with comments and mentions
• Report weekly on reach/engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in this exact role - you've managed social accounts for a brand before
• Portfolio of creatives you personally made (required - applications without a portfolio link will be deleted)
• Strong written English
• Gaming knowledge is a big plus if you know what Minecraft SMPs and Rust wipes are, tell us
• Familiar with a scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Hours & Pay

• Full time, 38 hrs/week, potential to go full-time
• Rate depends on experience; state your expected monthly salary in PHP
• Long-term role, paid monthly via [PayPal,Maya,Wise/GCash]
