Cold Caller / Internal Sales Agent (Full-Time, Remote) — Remodel Favor

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: US Business Hours (Monday–Friday)

Pay: $3/hr base + [$2] commission per appointment booked

Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants preferred)

Remodel Favor connects homeowners with trusted home remodeling contractors. We generate leads from homeowners interested in remodeling projects, and we need a sharp, reliable cold caller to turn those leads into booked appointments for our clients.

What You'll Do
Call warm/interested leads provided by our clients — no cold prospecting from scratch, these are people who already expressed interest in a remodeling project

Confirm homeowner details and project needs

Book qualified leads into our clients' calendars for an in-home consultation.

Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM

Follow up with leads who don't answer on the first attempt (call, text)

Hit daily/weekly call volume and booked-appointment targets

Communicate clearly with the team on lead quality issues or scheduling conflicts

What We're Looking For:
Proven cold calling or appointment-setting experience (home services/remodeling industry experience is a strong plus)

Comfortable using a CRM and/or auto-dialer tool

Excellent spoken English — clear, friendly, and persuasive on the phone

Reliable, coachable, and able to follow a script/process while still sounding natural

Available to work US business hours, full-time, Monday–Friday

Quiet, professional home work setup: stable high-speed internet, a working headset, and a backup power/internet plan

Self-motivated — you'll be tracked on booked appointments, so consistency matters
