About Us
We're a dog training company with over half a million followers across our platforms and more than 50 million views in the past month alone. Our content teaches real dog owners how to solve real problems: leash pulling, jumping, puppy biting, and everything in between. We have systems that work, and we're looking for someone to help us scale them.

The Role
Every week you'll receive raw training footage, usually 20 to 40 minutes per session. Your job is to turn that into tight, engaging 2 to 3 minute videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook .
That means finding the story inside long footage, cutting everything that doesn't serve the viewer, and opening with a hook strong enough to stop the scroll. We have established editing conventions and a reference guide, and we'll train you on them. What we need from you is the skill to execute and the drive to get better every week.
What You'll Do
- Edit weekly raw footage into 2 to 3 minute short form videos
- Choosing the right hook from the footage you are provided with
- Cut dead time, use speed ramps, and control pacing so the video never drags
- Add zooms, text on screen, and captions following our style guide
- Export in the correct format for each platform
- Deliver on schedule and apply feedback quickly
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of CapCut, including its mechanics and not just its templates
- A real understanding of what makes short form content engaging: hooks, pacing, retention
- Strong English comprehension. Our footage is dialogue driven, so you need to follow what the trainer is saying to know where to cut.
- Reliable internet and the ability to handle large video files
- Someone who works hard, wants to excel, and is eager to learn the systems that are already working for us
- Available to communicate and deliver on a consistent weekly schedule
What To Submit With Your Application
There’s no doubt that our dog training videos stand out from the rest - what do you see in our content that makes it stand out, and how would you continue to deliver on that as an editor.
