Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Outreach Specialist to help grow our international clinical nutrition practice.
Your main responsibility is not just finding opportunities, but securing them.
Your responsibilities:
Research relevant health, nutrition, wellness and medical podcasts.
Contact podcast hosts and influencers with personalized outreach.
Follow up professionally.
Build partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Book podcast interviews and speaking opportunities.
Maintain a spreadsheet with all outreach and progress.
What we are looking for:
Experience in podcast outreach, influencer outreach, PR, lead generation or partnership development.
Excellent written English.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Organized and able to work independently.
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel.
Trial Project: This starts with a 2–3 week paid trial.
The goal is to actively pitch and secure podcast interviews and collaboration opportunities.
