Part-Time to Start | Long-Term Position | Opportunity to Grow Full-Time

We're looking for someone who is very comfortable inside GoHighLevel AND has a strong eye for modern website design.

This is not a basic VA position and we are not looking for someone who simply installs GoHighLevel templates and changes the colors.

We want someone who can eventually take a new MarketRev client and handle much of the technical onboarding and website implementation from start to finish.

MarketRev is a growing marketing and technology company that helps service businesses build their brand, generate leads, and turn those leads into booked customers.

GoHighLevel is the core platform behind the systems we build for our clients.

We're growing quickly and looking for someone who can become an important, long-term member of our team.

##What You'll Be Responsible For

##New Client GoHighLevel Setup

You'll help take new clients from signed agreement to a fully functioning GoHighLevel subaccount.

Responsibilities may include:

• Create and configure new GoHighLevel subaccounts
• Set up business information and account settings
• Configure users and permissions
• Connect domains and DNS
• Set up or migrate phone numbers
• Configure LC Phone / Twilio
• Complete A2P 10DLC registration accurately
• Configure email sending domains
• Connect Google Business Profile and other integrations
• Set up calendars and appointment booking
• Install forms and surveys
• Configure pipelines and opportunities
• Import contacts when necessary
• Set up basic workflows and automations
• Test everything before launch

We are still developing some of our SOPs and processes. You will eventually help us improve and document those processes as well.

You should be comfortable troubleshooting when something doesn't work rather than needing step-by-step direction for every problem.

Website Design & Development

You'll build websites primarily inside GoHighLevel or build websites that are fully integrated with GoHighLevel.

We do NOT want typical GoHighLevel template websites.

Our websites should look modern, expensive, custom, premium and professionally designed.

You should be comfortable:

• Building responsive websites in GoHighLevel
• Recreating designs from examples, mockups, screenshots or direction
• Creating custom layouts rather than simply modifying templates
• Building for desktop, tablet and mobile
• Using custom CSS and HTML when necessary
• Creating modern animations and interactions
• Installing and styling GHL forms
• Installing surveys
• Connecting calendars
• Creating funnels and landing pages
• Connecting buttons, forms, tracking and automations
• Optimizing pages for usability and speed
• Following an established brand style

You don't have to be a graphic designer, but you must have a strong eye for design.

What We're Looking For

The ideal person:

• Has real GoHighLevel experience
• Has experience building websites using GHL
• Understands GHL subaccount setup
• Is comfortable with domains and DNS
• Understands GHL phone numbers and A2P registration
• Understands forms, calendars, funnels, workflows and pipelines
• Knows basic HTML and CSS
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can follow processes precisely
• Can troubleshoot problems independently
• Communicates clearly in English
• Is dependable and organized
• Is comfortable learning new systems and AI tools
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions for every small decision

Website Design Is Important

Please do not apply if your website experience is limited to installing premade GoHighLevel templates and changing text and colors.

We're looking for someone who can create websites that feel custom and modern.

Your application must include links to 3–5 websites you personally built.

If a website was built with a team, tell us specifically which portions you personally completed.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting around 20 hours per week
• $7–$10 USD/hour depending on experience
• Opportunity to become full-time as MarketRev grows
• Long-term position for the right person
