We are looking for a systems-driven Virtual Assistant who specializes in GoHighLevel automation and backend operations.

Your primary focus will be building and optimizing workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage GoHighLevel automations and workflows

Optimize CRM pipelines and lead management systems

Set up email /SMS campaigns and triggers

Improve operational systems and processes

Support backend marketing infrastructure

Requirements:

Proven GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable)

Strong understanding of automation logic and workflows

Detail-oriented and process-driven

Strong communication skills

Bonus:

Experience with Zapier or other automation tools

Basic content or marketing knowledge
