GoHighLevel Expert Virtual Assistant + Content Creator (LONG-TERM ROLE)

We are hiring a high-level Virtual Assistant with REAL experience in GoHighLevel (GHL).
This is NOT an entry-level role. You must already know how to build systems, automations, and manage workflows inside GHL.
Your role is to help us scale by handling marketing systems, content execution, and daily operations.

Your Responsibilities
1. GoHighLevel (MAIN FOCUS)
Build and manage workflows and automations
Set up email /SMS campaigns and follow-ups
Manage pipelines and lead tracking
Handle appointment booking systems
Improve funnels and conversion processes
2. Content Creation
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Add captions, hooks, and clean edits
Schedule and post content through GoHighLevel
Maintain consistent posting
3. Admin & Operations
Respond to email s and messages
Create and organize SOPs
Assist with day-to-day business tasks
Help improve internal systems

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Proven GoHighLevel experience
Experience building automations/workflows
Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Strong English communication
Organized, fast, and reliable

Bonus Skills
Canva
Copywriting
Social media management
AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools)
