GoHighLevel Expert Virtual Assistant + Content Creator (CapCut/InShot)

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with REAL experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone organized, proactive, creative, and experienced with marketing systems, automation, content creation, and client communication.

You MUST already have hands-on experience using GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities include:

Managing GoHighLevel CRM
Creating and managing workflows/automations
Lead management and pipeline organization

Email and SMS campaigns
Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Client communication via email /text
Content creation for social media
Editing Reels, Shorts, and TikToks using CapCut and/or InShot
Admin and operational tasks
Assisting with marketing and growth strategies
Helping improve company systems and efficiency

Required Skills:

GoHighLevel expertise
CapCut and/or InShot editing experience
Strong English communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Marketing and automation knowledge

Bonus Skills:

Canva
Social media management
AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
Copywriting

Facebook /Instagram marketing
