Healthcare Staff Sourcing Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW
Conquest Healthcare is seeking an experienced Locums Sourcing Specialist to support our healthcare staffing clients by identifying, engaging, and qualifying physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) for Locum Tenens assignments. The ideal candidate has experience working in a healthcare staffing agency, understands the locums recruitment lifecycle, and is proficient with healthcare ATS and VMS platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing:
Source qualified physicians and advanced practice providers through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of locum providers across multiple specialties.

Candidate Engagement:
Conduct outreach via phone, email , and messaging platforms.
Qualify candidates based on specialty, availability, licensure, certifications, and assignment preferences.

Recruitment Support:
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and account managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.

ATS & VMS Management:
Update candidate profiles and submission records in LaborEdge ATS.
Support candidate submissions through Shiftwise, Intellify, and other healthcare VMS platforms.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups with passive and active candidates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting or sourcing experience
Locum Tenens sourcing or recruiting experience is highly preferred
Experience sourcing physicians and advanced practice providers (MD, DO, NP, PA)
Experience using LaborEdge ATS
Experience with Shiftwise, Intellify, or similar VMS platforms
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment
