SoCal Signature Clean is a rapidly growing premium cleaning company serving Southern California. We're looking for a sharp, ambitious Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant to become a key member of our team.

This is not a typical VA or customer service position.

We're looking for someone who can confidently speak with U.S.-based customers, turn inbound leads into booked jobs, solve problems without needing constant direction, and help ensure our daily cleaning operations run smoothly.

Your primary responsibility will be sales and converting inbound leads, but you'll also play an important role in operations, customer communication, scheduling, and social media.

What You'll Do:

SALES & CUSTOMER GROWTH

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in our cleaning services
• Follow up aggressively and professionally with warm leads by phone, text, and email
• Build rapport quickly with U.S.-based customers
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right service
• Explain our pricing and value confidently
• Handle objections related to price, scheduling, competitors, and trust
• Ask for the sale and confidently close customers over the phone
• Convert one-time customers into recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients
• Follow up with past customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM

There is no cold calling. Most sales conversations will be with customers who have already expressed interest in our services.

DAILY OPERATIONS

You'll also help manage the day-to-day operations of our cleaning business.

This includes:

• Monitoring the cleaning schedule throughout the day
• Communicating with cleaners before, during, and after jobs
• Confirming that teams arrive on time and jobs are completed successfully
• Communicating schedule updates and instructions to customers and cleaners
• Helping resolve last-minute scheduling changes or operational issues
• Coordinating new bookings with cleaner availability
• Following up with customers after their cleaning
• Identifying problems before they become bigger issues
• Keeping our systems, schedules, and customer information organized

We don't want someone who simply waits to be told what to do. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, notices problems, and helps solve them.

SOCIAL MEDIA & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

As part of the role, you'll also help with:

• Posting and scheduling content across our social media accounts
• Responding to basic social media messages and inquiries
• Organizing customer photos and content
• Assisting with review generation and customer follow-up
• CRM updates and administrative tasks
• Helping with other projects as the company grows

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

*Excellent in spoken and written English

• Confident and natural speaking with American customers
• Experienced in phone sales, appointment setting, closing, or high-converting customer service
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong at handling objections without sounding scripted
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
• Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
• Dependable and punctual
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and interested in improving
• Comfortable being measured on performance and results
• Looking for a long-term position, not a temporary job

Experience working with a U.S.-based home service company is a major plus, but not required.

Technical Requirements

You must have:

• Reliable computer
• Wired high-speed internet connection of at least 30 Mbps
• Quiet, professional workspace with minimal background noise
• High-quality headset and microphone
• Backup internet connection
• Backup computer/device in case of emergencies

Because this position involves answering live inbound sales calls, reliable internet and attendance are extremely important.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $5.00 USD/hour - 40 hours per week

PLUS:

• Uncapped sales commissions
• Performance bonuses

We want someone who is motivated by results. Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more than their base hourly pay.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Must be available during U.S. business hours
• Schedule will follow Pacific Time (California)
