Experienced dispatcher office manger needed

Now Hiring: Experienced Dispatcher – Garage Door & Locksmith Company (Remote or In-Office)

We are a fast-growing garage door and locksmith company looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (garage door, locksmith, or similar home service industry preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while staying organized
• Experience scheduling technicians and optimizing routes
• Comfortable using CRM/dispatch software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Dispatch technicians based on location and availability
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day
• Follow up with customers and update job statuses
• Assist with estimates, rescheduling, and customer inquiries
