High-Energy Outbound CSR / Appointment Setter - Full Time

Are you a "people person" who loves to talk? We are looking for a high-energy Appointment Setter to join our growth team. This is a pure outreach role—no waiting for leads to come to you. You will be hitting the phones and following up via text to book meetings.

The Role
Starting Pay: $300 USD per month.

Hours: 40 hours per week Full time

Schedule: Must work a shift between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

Primary Tools: Phone/Dialer and SMS.

Your Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospect lists.

Setting Appointments: Overcome objections and get firm commitments on the calendar.

Data Entry: Quickly log call results and update lead info in our system.

Requirements
Great Phone Presence: You sound confident, professional, and friendly over the airwaves.

Thick Skin: You can handle hang-ups and "no’s" without losing your enthusiasm.

Home Office: You must have a high-speed internet connection and a noise-canceling headset.
